A Hoosier Energy realizou sua terceira Semana Anual de Impacto na Comunidade de 6 a 10 de outubro.<\/p>\n

Adiado da primavera para o outono, para coincidir com o Dia de Servi\u00e7o Comunit\u00e1rio da IEC em 10 de outubro, o evento reuniu mais uma vez os funcion\u00e1rios da Hoosier Energy para destacar o princ\u00edpio cooperativo de Preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a Comunidade. Os participantes receberam uma camiseta para usar durante as atividades.<\/p>\n

A semana come\u00e7ou na segunda-feira com o programa Backpack Buddies. Realizado na Sala de Treinamento da sede, 500 mochilas foram preparadas com alimentos para que estudantes de baixa renda levassem para casa nos fins de semana.<\/p>\n

Na ter\u00e7a-feira, o tema foi semelhante, com funcion\u00e1rios volunt\u00e1rios do Banco de Alimentos Hoosier Hills, em Bloomington, preparando caixas de alimentos para distribui\u00e7\u00e3o nos sete condados vizinhos.<\/p>\n

Na quarta-feira, o foco foi na Habitat for Humanity. Os funcion\u00e1rios da Hoosier Energy se envolveram em uma variedade de tarefas em diversas casas, desde limpeza interna e estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 o travamento do telhado da varanda e muito mais.<\/p>\n
